Biological functions and pathways predicted to be activated or inactivated by PA according to Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). A set of 284 significantly (q < 0.05) dysregulated rat liver transcripts was analyzed with IPA. Canonical pathways (a), diseases and biofunctions (b) and hepatotoxic functions (c) are displayed. The heatmaps show activation z-scores for the respective canonical pathways. For diseases and biofunctions, the 30 diseases and functions with the highest positive or the lowest negative activation z-scores are shown. Hepatotoxic functions were identified by IPA analysis for activation/inactivation of diseases and functions, filtered for hepatotoxicity.
