WISP1 mRNA levels differ between human pan-cancer and normal tissues, suggesting its potential role as a prognostic biomarker. (A) WISP1 mRNA levels were evaluated using TIMER in 33 types of human tumors, and WISP1 is elevated in most types of human cancer. (B) The prognostic impact of WISP1 in 33 types of human tumors were examined using GEPIA2, and high expression of WISP1 was associated with poor prognosis in most types of human cancer.
