Personalization of protein corona depends on protein concentration. Cartoon describing our present understanding of the role of protein concentration on personalization of protein corona. When GO nanoflakes are incubated with human plasma (HP) a complex protein corona forms at the GO surface. When undiluted HP is used, the coronas of healthy donors and PDAC patients are not discernible. On the other side, after exposure of GO nanoflakes to highly diluted HP (dilution factor >200) characterization of the protein corona allows to distinguish between the two classes of donors.
