YY1 up-regulates HIV-1 promoter activity and trans-acting activity of Tat protein. 293T cells were transfected pCMV/Con or pCMV/HA-YY1 with pGL/Fluc or pGL/U3-Fluc or pGL/U3R-FLuc or pGL/U3RU5-Fluc, pDs-Red and pCMV-Tat (in the case mentioned). 24h later, cells were harvested and performed luciferase assay (A) and qRT-PCR (B).
