Elevated soluble CD27 levels in the sera of SSc patients. Serum CD27 levels were measured with ELISA kits. Patients with dcSSc had significantly higher sCD27 levels than the patients with lcSSc (4,464 pg/mL vs. 3,305 pg/mL, p < 0.05). Additionally, the lcSSc patients had significantly higher sCD27 levels than the healthy controls did (3,305 pg/mL vs. 1,781 pg/mL, p < 0.05). Bars show means (SD). p values less than 0.05 are interpreted as significant.
