The plasmids encoding IDUA cDNA under the control of a liver-specific hAAT promoter were intravenously injected into MPS I mice. Two days later, treated and control mice were perfused and tissues were collected. Enzyme activities and GAG levels in the brain were measured. Data are shown as mean ± standard errors.
