LWBS, left without being seen; LOS, length of stay; D2D, door-to-doc time. Visits relating to COVID-19 were identified by any of the following criteria: SARS-CoV2 test ordered, presence of COVID-19 infection prevention flags (COVID-19, COVID-19 rule-out or COVID-19 presumed positive) in the electronic health record (EHR), or positive ED triage screen for COVID-19.
