Simultaneous (global) fitting was performed using G–V relations over a range of Ca²⁺ with 0 µM NS11021, as described in Materials and methods. G–V relations predicted by above parameters in Fit A and Fit B can be found in Figs. 7 A and 8 A, respectively. χ² values for comparison of experimental data versus corresponding prediction (based on 90 experimental data points): Fit A, 0.045; Fit B, 0.044.
