AgNPs treatment changed the morphology of ARPE-19 cells. ARPE-19 cells were grown for 24 h and treated with various concentrations of AgNPs for 24 h. (A) ARPE-19 cells were fixed and probed against α-tubulin (green). The cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and visualized by confocal microscopy. (B) Fluorescence images were acquired after staining of dead cells using the Red Dead Cell Stain kit. Similar results were obtained in three independent experiments.
