The MIC of amitriptyline was 888 μg/ml, 444 μg/ml, 222 μg/ml, and 1,775 μg/ml against SL1344 ramR::aph, BW25113 marR::aph, AB211, and PAO1, respectively. Bold font indicates a ≥2-fold decrease in MIC value in comparison to the antibiotic alone.
