FB after 24 h was considered to be in target if it fell within the following ranges: target > 1 l positive: net FB range > 0.9 l; target up to 1 l: net FB range 0.5 to 1.1 l; target FB neutral: net FB range − 0.25 to 0.25 l; target FB up to 1 l negative: net FB − 0.05 to − 1.1 l; target 1 l to 2 l negative: net FB − 1 to − 2.1 l; target > 2 l negative: net FB > − 2 l
