All models include: age, body mass index (BMI), education, household income, years of urban residence, smoking status, alcohol consumption, birth order, breastfeeding history, age at menarche, parity, lactation history, fish intake, meat intake, poultry intake, egg intake, dairy intake, vegetable intake, fruit intake, water intake, whether cleaned houses or buildings, whether worked with dust (from sand, rock, clay, or brick), and total caloric intake.
