Silencing TCF4 inhibits cell colony and promotes cell apoptosis in Vemurafenib-resistant A375 and SK-Mel-28 cells. (A) Colony formation was performed to measure the ability of cell proliferation in A375/Vem and SK-Mel-28/Vem cells after siRNA transfection and Vemurafenib treatment.
