GLUT3 reverses TCF4 knockdown-mediated effects on cell proliferation and cell apoptosis. (A) CCK-8 assay was performed to measure the cell viability in A375/Vem and SK-Mel-28/Vem cells after TFC4 siRNA and GLUT3 expressed plasmids transfection. (B) Colony formation was performed to measure the ability of cell proliferation in A375/Vem and SK-Mel-28/Vem cells after TFC4 siRNA and GLUT3 expressed plasmids transfection. (C) Cell apoptosis was analyzed to measure the apoptotic rate in A375/Vem and SK-Mel-28/Vem cells after TFC4 siRNA and GLUT3 expressed plasmids transfection.
