Mice received distilled water (control), a single dose of biologically synthesized CuO-NPs (500 mg/kg bw) (second group) or a single dose of chemically synthesized CuO-NPs (500 mg/kg bw) orally (third group). The activities of serum ALT, AST and serum levels of urea and creatinine of the control and CuO-NPs treated mice were determined. Columns with different letters were significantly different (P< 0.05).
