The cytotoxicity of PEO, PVA, and PVP fibers administered to vaginal VK2/E6E7 (A), Ect1/E6E7 (B), End1/E6E7 (C), TZM-bl (D), and Vero E6 (E) cells for 24, 48, and 72 h was assessed using the MTT assay. Greater than 93% viability was observed across all cell lines for all fiber formulations.
