The genes are: TMED4, EGLN1, PLOD1, PEAR1, DKFZP434L187, TM2D1, SLN, CD46, and SDF4. The TRS groups are: low (n = 41), intermediate (n = 121), and high (n = 41). The cutoffs of 20^th and 80^th percentile for the three risk groups were arbitrary but determined before the statistical test.
