Effect of VSL#3 supplementation on brain Aβ levels. The levels of amyloid-beta 1-40 (Aβ 1-40) and 1-42 (Aβ 1-42), both soluble and insoluble, were assessed in temporal cortices of C57BL/6 (WT) and AppNL-G-F mice using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). 7 animals per group were examined.
