B220+ B cells from 7- to 9-week-old CD19creHspa13f/f (Hspa13 conditional knock-out, cKO) and Hspa13f/f mice were stimulated for 3 days in vitro with 10 μg/ml LPS. On day 3 following LPS stimulation, the transcripts were determined by RNA-sequencing. Total exon fragments values of the interested gene Hspa13, B cell-associated genes including Ptprc (B220), Cd19, and Ms4a1, GC B cell-associated genes including Pax5, Bcl6, and Aicda (Aid), PB/PC-promoting genes including Prdm1, Xbp1, and Sdc1 are shown.
