EUP promoted L02 cells proliferation. Effects of different concentrations of EUP on L02 cells were detected by CCK-8, and the data are expressed as mean ± SD. Compared with the CON group, EUP concentration from 8 μg/ml to 128 μg/ml has the effect of promoting proliferation of L02 cells, and as the concentration increases, the promoting effect is more obvious (★compared with the CON group, P < 0.05).
