Effects of miR193b transfection on gastric cancer cell lines. (a) MTS assay showing cell viability. miR193b inhibits cell proliferation of SGC-7901, BGC-823, and AGS cells. Cell viability was determined by cell count 72 hours after transfection. (b) No difference in cell cycle progression was detected after transfection with miR193b.
