TRAMP^MIC-/- primary prostate tumor cells were engrafted orthotopically into WT and MIC-1^fms mice and 35 days later mice were sacrificed and cells from a known proportion of the orthotopically engrafted prostate tumor was subjected to multiparameter flow cytometry. Numbers and proportion of cells between two groups were compared using unpaired t tests (GraphPad Prism software version 7,GraphPad Software, San Diego, CA, USA). All data are presented as mean cell number or percentage ± s.e.m.
