Correction to ‘A dose and time response Markov model for the in-host dynamics of infection with intracellular bacteria following inhalation: with application to Francisella tularensis’

We provide a comment to our paper ‘A dose and time response Markov model for the in-host dynamics of infection with intracellular bacteria following inhalation: with application to Francisella tularensis', in which there is an error in figure 5.

There is a line missing in the graph depicted in figure 5. Specifically, the graph should include a second dashed blue line at the bottom of the graph to represent the stochastic solution (95% quantiles).

While this does not change the overall results of the paper, the correct version of figure 5 can be viewed below.
