Curves obtained from microscale thermophoresis experiments aimed at assessing the affinity of ferra(III) bis(dicarbollide) (FESAN) for fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides FL-1 (a) or FL-2 (b). The oligonucleotide samples were titrated with ferra(III) bis(dicarbollide) at concentrations ranging from 182 pM to 3000 nM. The experiments were run at 22 °C.
