Cytokine secretion in ccDC/T-cell assay after moDC co-culture with conditioned IEC. Conditioned moDC (ccDC), previously exposed to conditioned IEC, were incubated with naïve T-cells for 5–6 days in an allogeneic ccDC/T-cell assay (Figure 1D).
