Cell viability from methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cell viability percentage is expressed as mean of replicates ± standard error of mean, considering 3 replicates for each independent experiment (n = 3).
