The data were mean ± SEM (n=5). (B) MC3T3-E1 cells were treated with 0 ng/ml, 100 ng/ml 200 ng/ml LPS for 24 h, and the apoptosis was detected with annexin V-FITC/PI double staining. Results are representative of three experiments. (C) Cells were treated as aboved and we observed the morphology of the cells under light microscope.
