The hydrolysis activity of nitrocefin by WT-NDM-1 was reduced by addition to ZINC05683641 with the final concentrations of 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 μg/mL. However, the addition of ZINC05683641 to W93A and H250A did not lead to inhibitory effects.
