MDSC-mediated immunosuppression in innate and adaptive immune responses. MDSCs suppressed the activation of macrophages and the antigen-presenting ability of the dendritic cells. MDSCs enhanced Treg expansion and suppressed NK cell cytotoxicity. Direct actions of MDSCs on T cells are by increased NO and ROS secretion and decreased L-arginine production.
