Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC)showed an improvement in pain, stiffness, and function at 3 months post-procedure in the PDRF IA + GN group. WOMAC pain and WOMAC stiffness were significantly improved in the PDRF IA + GN group compared to PDRF GN (see the text). No differences were found for WOMAC function. The WOMAC total score was significantly improved only in the PDRF IA + GN group at 3 months.
