Continuous exposure to 1.7 GHz LTE RF-EMF induced cell cycle delay at G1 phase in ASCs and Huh7 cells. (A–B) ASC and Huh7 cells were exposed to 1.7 GHz RF-EMF for 72 h at 1 SAR (A) or 2 SAR (B). The DNA content of the 1.7 GHz RF-EMF-exposed and the unexposed sham control cells was analyzed by flow cytometry (BD Bioscience) after PI staining. 100,000 cells were counted for each experiment. The FACS results were analyzed using Flowing software 2 and the distribution of cells in each stage of the cell cycle was calculated from the FACS results shown in the left panel using Flowing software 2. P < 0.05 (*), P < 0.01(**), P < 0.001(***), and P > 0.05 (non-significant, n.s.).
