a HEK293 cells were transfected for 24 h with a plasmid encoding Myc-PINK1 and/or FLAG-MPPβ. The resulting total cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. b HEK293 cells were transfected for 48 h with a plasmid encoding hTERT-HA and/or FLAG-MPPβ. The resulting total cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. c HEK293 cells were transfected for 48 h with a plasmid encoding PINK1-Myc, FLAG-MPPβ, or hTERT-HA alone or in combination. The resulting cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. d HEK293 cells were transfected with plasmid encoding PINK1-Myc, FLAG-MPPβ, or hTERT-siRNA alone or in combination. After 48 h, the cells were treated with vehicle or 40 μM anisomycin for 30 h. The resulting cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-FLAG antibody and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. The graph data are presented as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments (**p ≤ 0.01; c, d).
