Single cardiac cycle velocity and vessel diameter waveforms from in vivo acquisitions in eight New Zealand White Rabbits. Individual waveforms were obtained in the thoracic aorta by averaging over 3 cycles. They were subsequently averaged to derive mean flow velocities (blue) and vessel displacements (red).
