(a) On US, an ovoid LN (arrow) at the right neck level II had neither echogenic hilum nor suspicious feature and therefore was classified as an indeterminate LN. (b) On CT, LN (arrows) was interpreted to have a heterogeneous enhancement and was classified as a suspicious LN.
