Treatment with LuM1-derived EVs and CM recovered CD9 in MMP3-null tumoroids. MMP3-KO/palmT (red) tumoroids were treated with PBS, LuM1-CM, or LuM1-EVs for 24 h in the ULA-based 3D culture system.
