Suppressive effects of compound 2 on the mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β (A,E), TNF-α (B,F), IL-6 (C,G), and IL-12 (D,H) in LPS-stimulated BV2 and RAW264.7 cells. After pre-treatment for 3 h with the indicated concentrations of compound 2, the cells were stimulated for 12 h with LPS (1 μg/mL).
