Increased infiltration of CD8+ T cells in lungs of Lpar5−/− mice compared to wild type mice (WT). In the few Lpar5−/− mice (n = 3 out of 12 mice) that had low numbers of metastatic tumors, higher incidence of lymphocyte infiltration was observed and positively stained for CD8.
