Cell viability of hybridoma cells cultured on TCPs vs. MTAMs (A) and CEACAM6 antibody levels produced by hybridoma cells when cultured on TCPs vs. MTAMs (B). Evidently, the higher levels of CEACAM6 antibody was registered by the hybridoma cells cultured within MTAMs as opposed to those cultured on standard TCPs. The antibody levels also do not directly correlate with the higher cell viability of hybridoma cells cultured on TCPs (A), and this was possibly substrate (MTAM) induced, since all other parameters were fixed.
