All the 15607 measured genes are shown. Log2 fold-change expression levels (Log2FC) are compared with baseline phase of the mission. Transcripts are divided into five classes, based just on Log2FC levels. Most of genes up- (red colour) or down- (green colour) regulated during the mission return to baseline level at the end of the mission. A subset of genes with Log2FC>1.0 or Log2FC<−1.0 are significantly differentially expressed. A small group of genes do not recover to the baseline level.
