Table 2.

Properties of G3Cgh conjugates: The average molecular weights (MW) were calculated based on the conjugate stoichiometry estimated by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The values of ζ potential and number- and volume-averaged diameter of conjugate molecules (d(N) and d(V), respectively) were measured at pH 5. The last column shows an averaged number of non-converted primary amine groups of conjugates (n(NH2)).
