Knockdown of P4HB influences epithelial-mesenchymal transition in HepG2/adriamycin cells. (A) Reverse transcription-quantitative PCR results demonstrated that E-cadherin mRNA expression levels were significantly increased in the P4HB siRNA group, whereas vimentin and N-cadherin levels were significantly reduced. (B) Western blotting results demonstrated that E-cadherin protein expression levels were significantly increased in P4HB siRNA group, whereas vimentin and N-cadherin levels were significantly reduced.
