CT scan images.
Immunohistochemical parameters.
Description of data collection Clinico-pathological data were collected retrospectively from the local electronic hospital information system or the electronic patient record.
Immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis was performed on tissue samples archived at the Pathology Unit of our Institution. IHC data were retrospectively investigated on surgical specimens of NSCLC patients who underwent surgical resection at the Thoracic Surgery Unit
Entered data was double checked to reduce the possibility of potential errors.
Raw data are provided in Excel file format.
