Pamoic acid (PA) treatment reduced the infiltration of GPR35 expressing neutrophil in the ischemic brain. The representative flow cytometry diagram shows the CD45 gated (A,B,E,F) Ly6GHi CD11bHi cells (C,D,G,H) in the ischemic hemisphere at both 24 h and 48 h after the MCAO respectively.
