Effect of EGCG on proliferation of primary HUVECs and immortalized HMEC-1 human endothelial cells. The proliferation analysis was performed using resazurin reduction assay. Cell viability was analyzed after 24 h (A) and 72 h (B) treatment at the indicated concentrations of EGCG (for the 72 h conditions, the catechin treatment was repeated every 24 h).
