Effect of EGCG treatment on expression levels of major chromatin conformation determinants: HP-1α, HP-1γ and CAF1A in primary HUVECs (A) and immortalized HMEC-1 (B). Cells were incubated for 16 h with 50, 100 or 200 µM of EGCG. The whole cell extracts were used for the immunoblotting analysis. The presented western blots are representative of three independent experiments and the charts visualize densitometry of the chemiluminescence signal calculated vs. loading control and vs. control.
