Cytotoxic effects of quercetin and isoquercitrin against HFF cells. HFFs were treated with (A) quercetin or (B) isoquercitrin at concentrations of 0, 10, 20, 50, and 100 µg/mL. At 24, 48, and 72 h after treatment, cell viability was determined by measuring cellular ATP levels using the CellTiter-Glo^® Luminescent cell-viability assay. Significant differences between samples were determined using Student’s t test (significant at *p < 0.05). Data shown here represent three independent sets of experiments.
