Overexpressed H19 activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by inhibiting miR-301b-3p. N27 dopaminergic neurons exposed to 6-OHDA were treated with agomir-miR-301b-3p alone or in the presence of oe-H19. (A) The protein expression of total-β-catenin and HPRT1 as well as the extent of β-catenin phosphorylation in the N27 dopaminergic neurons detected by western blot assay.
