In the red circle area are stated categories of downregulated proteins involved in several processes: nitrogen metabolism, carbon fixation, heterocyst differentiation. In the blue circle area are placed categories of upregulated stress response and DNA repair proteins. Proteins of photosynthesis and amino acid metabolism are regulated differently (some proteins are upshifted, others are downshifted).
