Expression of pro-inflammatory mediators in serial plasma samples from control and TTC-treated SOD1G93A transgenic mice at P63, P92 and P113. The sample size was 11 mice (5 control and 6 treated with tetanus toxin C fragment protein (TTC)) for eotaxin-1, interleukin (IL)-2, IL-6 and macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-1 alpha (α), and 22 mice (11 control and 11 TTC) for galectin-1.
