The mean number of heritable isoforms per gene for cis and trans regulated (or regulator) genes is provided along with the mean number of heritable isoforms for non-regulated (or regulator) genes. The “mean reg” column denotes the mean number of heritable isoforms pre regulated gene for the corresponding class. The “pvalue” column denotes the p-value derived from a Mann–Whitney U test comparing the number of heritable isoforms per gene between cis, and trans, regulated (or regulator) and non-regulated (or non-regulator) sQTL genes.
